The incident occurred when the 29-year-old was performing at the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans, Louisiana.
The audiences gasped as Keys, who was five months pregnant and wearing stiletto heels at that time, tumbled backward in the midst of performing Love Is Blind.
However, the singer bounced back in no time and continued to do what she does best on the stage.
